THE Education Ministry’s decision to postpone English as a must-past subject for SPM will do our students no good. The Government can no longer delay in making Malaysians more competitive in the global arena.
Schools must act now in enforcing English as a must-pass subject, regardless of whether the Ministry opts to delay it or otherwise.
