RECENTLY, I brought some American friends visiting Malaysia to a shopping complex in Kuala Lumpur.
At the fifth and sixth levels of the complex, there were many shops selling women’s clothes that had big notices saying: “No Trying”. “No Exchange” and “No Refund”. The salesgirls were very firm in implementing the policy.
