Illegal car wash a nuisance to the neighbours

WE would like to know if it was right for our local council to allow a fully automated car wash facility to operate in a residential area.

We had written to the Department of Environment (DOE) in Putrajaya and we were told the case had been referred to our local council in Taiping for further action.
