Fear on the ferry

I REFER to “Fear over ferry safety” (The Star Metro North, May 27), where Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) said an expired passenger certificate was accidentally left in one of the ferries and that it had valid certificates.

For all of us who use the ferry service to cross between George Town and Butterworth in Penang, we hope that PPSB will realise that a mistake is a mistake, no matter how small it may be.
