Bank is committed to playing its part in development

WE refer to the letter titled “Bank officers need to make field trips to know farming” (The Star, March 28).

The reference made on “the sorry state of the dairy farms is due directly to financial institutions like Agrobank” is baseless and unfounded. The writer made several allegations against the Bank without proof and we strongly refute his claims.
