I CALL on all Malaysian parents and students to celebrate this wonderful news – “Bursaries for students who scored 9A+ or more in SPM” (The Star, March 5).
This is what all Malaysians have been waiting for and I wish to congratulate the Education Ministry for coming up with this courageous initiative.
