I REFER to the letter “Why change when it is working well“ (The Star, Feb 18).
If I may add to the points raised by the president of the Malaysian Consumer Movement, who has voiced its concerns over why the Pharmacy Bill is being passed in such secrecy and hurry, the doctors too are totally as shocked at the proposal, as much as the rakyat.
