WE can gain some insights from reading the Dec 5 incident where the daughter of a chairman of a South Korean airline ordered the pilot to return to the gate as it was taxiing out of New York’s JFK International Airport en route to Incheon, South Korea.
The woman in question, who was also the airline’s vice-president responsible for cabin service, was unhappy with the “poor” service of the chief steward.
