Having the right attitude is important

I REFER to the letter “Give serious thought to working hours of housemen” (The Star, Oct 14) by Exhausted Housemen of Ipoh.

I was a house officer when shifts were introduced smack in the middle of my training, so I can identify with the frustration of the writer.
