Directions lacking

I WAS a first timer yesterday at KLIA2 and I concur with what Dr Ameen said in “KLIA2 not passenger friendly” (The Star, Sept 3).

After I bought my taxi coupon I tried finding Exit No 5 as directed by the ticket counter but couldn’t find it.
