More rhetoric than action

I REFER to the article “Ministry working on inclusive education for disabled students” (The Star, Aug 13) and a subsequent coverage of a conference on the same.

Although this is the way to go and should be encouraged, it has been said so many times in the past that it has just become another political rhetoric.
