Authorities should regulate reprocessed cooking oil

I NOTICE that cooking oil is delivered in sealed plastic bags to some restaurants and stall operators.

This is rather unusual as most cooking oil we find in supermarkets and grocery shops is sold in plastic bottles. One can only assume that what is sold in plastic bags may be reprocessed cooking oil.
