LIKE many Malaysians who come from middle income families, I completed my primary, secondary and tertiary education locally. I graduated with a degree in Computer Science.
At the time I entered the workforce in 1988, Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) was launched. And like many aspiring IT professionals, I too wanted to jump onto the MSC bandwagon, which was planned to be Malaysia’s IT hub aimed at attracting the best and biggest technology companies in the world.
