IS the Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) closing an eye on permanent illegal structures built on public space?

Many old housing schemes in Petaling Jaya have started to erect permanent boom gates and at times “lock up” their areas permanently. It is becoming very inconvenient for other permanent residents.
