Revive the Rukun Negara

I CANNOT concur more with the writer in “Fostering racial unity in schools” (The Star, Feb 13), that we have to go back to basics – to propagate the five pillars of the Rukun Negara among students to achieve true unity.

The first tenet of the Rukun Negara is Belief in God – or whatever name you choose to call the Almighty.
