20 minutes is more than enough

I REFER to “YBs to observe ‘traffic lights’” (The Star, Nov 20).

Quite an innovative time-keeping system to keep a check on wakil rakyat that talk and talk, but don’t ask questions and instead tend to make statements. I think at this assembly the 20 minutes allotted is quite enough.
