Lacking funds to study in Harvard

I READ with great interest “No Malaysian in Harvard for second consecutive year” (The Star, April 7).

It surely is ironic that I am actually writing this in desperation. I have been offered a place by Harvard University to read a Masters in Public Administration (Public Policy & Management).
