BAM has to re-think training methods

AS an avid badminton fan, I strongly agree with “Sending the wrong signal” (The Star, Feb 2). BAM should have been more responsible and careful before issuing such a defeatist statement as it could be detrimental to the development of the game.

I feel that the statement is uncalled for, as it only shows BAM’s unprofessional and defeatist attitude. BAM officers should undergo a sports psychology course.
