THE fire a couple of days ago highlights the danger and inadequate safety measures at KL Sentral (“Towering inferno in KL” – The Star, Jan 19).
One area where safety is neglected is the lower ground floor where the bus station is. Countless people have highlighted the small escalator and staircase going down where people have to walk in single file.
