WE refer to the letter 'IPPs are a pampered lot' (The Star, July 16) and we wish to respond to some of the points raised.
The writer appears to draw conclusions that are simplistic and in some cases extreme without supporting facts and figures about an industry that is complex, highly regulated and capital intensive.
