MANY readers have complained about the unfavourable condition of Ipoh City’s air and state of cleanliness recently. But, I wish to point out that it is the duty of citizens to ensure that their own environment is kept clean and healthy.  

First of all, look at the rubbish we throw out daily. Most of the things we throw out can be sent to recycling centres but we are would rather dump them somewhere.
