Smokers polluting KLCC Park

I USE the KLCC Park as an outlet for my daily evening walk and exercise. But I get disgusted when I see hundreds of people, both local and foreign, smoke their life away at the expense of others. 

Cigarette butts are thrown all over the place where the seats are placed for nature-loving persons to have a chit-chat.
