THERE is a need to introduce a MyCar Card to resolve the problems faced by the motoring public. This should be in the format of the MyKad.
This plastic card should hold a computer chip in which all info pertaining to the vehicle and its owner can be entered and retrieved. This card should be carried by the vehicle owner/driver at all times.
