I FEEL I must address the letter, “Good reason for rule change” from David Tan, Chinese Community Liaison Officer, Westminster City Council, London (The Star, Aug 23).
I am a Malaysian Indian and have a daughter who graduated as a doctor from a British university and is now still in England.
