Ex-addicts reach out to drug users

IF you care, you share: this is the creed of the Drugs intervention Community Pahang (DiCP), a non-governmental organisation based in Kuantan that has set up a comprehensive system including providing day-care services and organising intervention programmes to help drug addicts kick their habit. 

The idea to set up the DiCP was first mooted on April 16, 2000 by a group of local young men who are all former drug addicts.
