Yet again, alternatives

MANILA: LEO Dacanay of Tacloban City wrote a thoughtful letter in our Letters section last Monday. “I was for GMA (Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo) before,” he said, “but not any more.”  

Today, he could see that GMA’s and her allies’ “true intention is to perpetuate themselves in power and get rid of the Senate which has proven itself to be a stumbling block to the administration’s self-serving designs.”
