No one answered my calls at Syabas hotline


AS A civic-minded citizen I tried to inform the Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) office in Jalan Templer, Petaling Jaya, of a burst pipe in Jalan SS14/1 in Subang Jaya (close to the New Pantai Expressway) on Dec 26 between 7.30am and 8.20am, only to be disappointed that no one answered the phone. 

I called 7781 4455 but got a recording message to press “0”‘ for assistance. After about 20 seconds there was another recorded message saying that the operator was busy.
