NOW that Johor Baru has been identified as a dengue “hotspot,” I wish to remind the authorities of a dangerous dengue breeding ground located near the Government Office Complex in Jalan Yahya Awal.

Ever since the construction project to improve the drainage in the area started more than a year ago, the drains along this stretch of Jalan Yahya Awal have been constantly clogged.
