Immigration Dept staff set fine example

ON Aug 15 I went to the Immigration Department in Malacca to renew my passport. I was particularly anxious because I absolutely needed my passport back in three days’ time.  

As it turned out, my worries were unfounded because the department staff were very helpful and I got my new passport the very next day.  

I would like to thank the staff, especially Khairil, for setting an example for all civil servants to follow.
