Another Asean Peoples’ Assembly has come and gone, with the latest one concluding recently in Manila. Several unresolved issues add momentum for the next assembly, probably next year, but there are also better ways to ensure the dialogue series continues. 

THE Fourth Asean Peoples’ Assembly (APA) was held last week in a plush five-star hotel ballroom in Mandaluyong City in the heart of Metro Manila, also known as the “Shopping Mall Capital of the Philippines”.
