A FEW days ago a court in New Delhi admitted a suit against the ever-increasing nuisance of telemarketers.
Complaining against the unsolicited calls at all times of day and night by people selling all manner of goods and services from bank loans for cars and houses, to automobile insurance or exotic holiday packages, the petitioner argued that these breached his privacy and must be regulated by law.
