I WAS with my family in this air-conditioned restaurant where practically at all tables smokers were puffing away even though there was a sign saying No Smoking Allowed.
It really irritated us, and when we spoke to the restaurant owner, she agreed that they could not smoke, but then they were her customers and she did not want to offend them.
