AT the last Matta fair, my sister and I booked a return ticket to Yangon from MAS Special Promotion through a travelling agent in Subang Jaya.
However, upon checking in at Yangon Airport at 10am on Dec 20, we were shocked to hear our flight was overbooked by 27 seats and we were not able to return to Kuala Lumpur on this flight.
