Too few cops to handle crime

MY HOUSE in Sri Damansara was broken into on Aug 19. After the customary police report and investigation, I was quite surprised by the information shared by the police. 

It seemed that our police force has a shortage of staff. According to the sergeant handling my case, there is only one policeman per 70,000 residents for the Damansara area.
