Stage set for a close finish

ALL is set for the Republican National Convention (RNC) that begins at Madison Square Garden next Sunday where President George W. Bush will be formally endorsed as the Republican candidate for the White House for another four years. 

Outside the convention centre, more widely known as a boxing arena, hundreds of cops will be on duty to combat terror threats and deal with massive demonstrations that are being planned.
