MUSLIM countries that have been approached to donate troops for Iraq have replied in different ways to mean essentially the same thing. 

Yes, they would like to see Iraq more settled and stable, but no they would rather not send troops – at least not yet, or not in existing circumstances. There is a careful conviction somewhere among the national positions, official statements, policy implications and calibrated nuances.
