I REFER to the letter, “Limit operating hours of eateries” (The Star, June 10).

I fully appreciate parents’ concerns of their children hanging out at eateries during the wee hours of the morning. But before the authorities jump the gun as they are likely to do, please spare a thought for those poor hungry souls like me who have to work at ungodly hours and need somewhere to eat at such times.
