I REFER to the letter, “Residents of USJ 3 lack public transport”, (The Star, March 23).
I am aware the bus service in Subang Jaya and USJ is very poor. I have highlighted this to the bus transport companies and they said their services had either been terminated or reduced because of poor demand.
