WE refer to the letter, “PSD must take action against defaulters”, by P. Toh, (The Star, Nov 3) regarding the breach of scholarship bonds and repayment of study loans by Public Service Department-sponsored students.
We would like to state the PSD is committed to ensuring the sponsorship programme is efficiently managed for the betterment of the nation.
