THERE HAS been much talk about setting up an institute to study Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s speeches, thoughts and principles.
For those who are designing and planning this institute, I wish to point out to them that one of the greatest and simplest virtues of Dr Mahathir is that he is a stickler for punctuality.
