I WOULD say I am a very fussy and demanding customer. My friends always say I am too idealistic because I expect all front-line personnel, especially customer relations representatives, to be very helpful and courteous at all times.  

Over the years, I have been impressed with the front-line service at TMTouch’s Taman Pelangi Service Centre in Johor Baru. To me, it is a small, simple but beautiful service centre, unlike those big ones that look cold and ugly.
