Conflicting messages over Streamyx availability

I VERY much want to write a letter similar in vein to Guy Buckle’s “Mighty impressed with Telekom Malaysia’s prompt service”, (The Star, Feb 19) but I do not have such a happy story to relate.  

I applied and paid for a Streamyx account on Nov 8 last year and was given a login name and password and told to wait.
