A PRACTICAL study to include “stalking” as an offence under the Penal Code was highlighted in Utusan Malaysia.
The newspaper interviewed Attorney-General Datuk Seri Abdul Gani Patail who said anti-stalking and anti-harassment laws included offences committed through e-mail and SMS.
