Chinese groups may get royalties

THE Federal Government is expected to allocate RM50mil of petroleum royalties to various bodies of the Chinese community in Terengganu, Nanyang Siang Pau highlighted on its front-page yesterday. 

Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Chan Kong Choy said a Terengganu MCA senator was gathering feedback from the state on the allocation to bodies such as primary schools and religious organisations.
