CHOW Kon Yeow is not a born fighter, but he seems to be fighting for his political survival barely two months after being sworn in for a second term as the Penang Chief Minister.

He has his hands full with a rather scandalous industrial land deal involving the Penang Development Corporation (PDC), the state development agency of which he is the chairman.
