Run to improve physical and mental health


I HAVE participated in many half marathons (21km) since I turned 60. Now in my early 70s, I still run a half marathon at least once every month.

There are many well-organised runs nowadays, and the number of participants appears to be increasing year by year. I just have to pick the run that suits my physical capacity and which I can complete within the cut-off time.
