THE World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the Covid-19 outbreak a pandemic on March 11 as the disease accelerated its spread to all the continents except Antarctica.
According to Johns Hopkins University, the total number of cases as of 4pm March 26 has exceeded 400,000 and more than 18,000 lives have been lost to it globally.
