SEOUL, Sept 23 (Reuters) - A delegation from the North Korean defence ministry, led by vice defence minister Ryo Chol Ung, left Pyongyang to visit Vietnam, the North Korean state media KCNA reported on Wednesday.
The media did not elaborate on the purpose and schedule of the visit.
