2 killed, 6 injured as Ukrainian drone hits minibus in Russia's Belgorod region


MOSCOW, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed and six others injured in the Belgorod region after a Ukrainian drone attack targeted a minibus, the regional operational headquarters said Friday.

"In the village of Gruzskoye in the Borisov District, a Ukrainian Armed Forces drone attacked a company minibus. Two people were killed and six were injured," the operational headquarters said in a statement.

Local authorities said all six injured people had been transported to a local hospital.
