May 21 (Reuters) - At least 10 workers were killed on Thursday after a shooting at a ranch in northern Honduras, the Associated Press reported, citing a spokesman for the national police.
In a separate attack, six police officers were killed in a shooting near the Guatemalan border, the AP reported.
